Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before making a purchase.
By signing up as a client, you agree to the following:

General

-Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment and check in at reception.
-Air Seseh is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
-Please secure your belongings in the provided lockers, not on chairs or bikes.
-Air Seseh reserves the right to refuse entry at its discretion, regardless of membership or booking.
-Air Seseh is not liable for any injury, loss, or death arising from the use of our facilities.
-To protect guest privacy, phone use is limited to the clubhouse area only.
-The public recovery area, including the pool, is for guests aged 13 and over.
-Children are welcome in the restaurant and private infrared rooms with adult supervision.
-If noise or other behavior is found to interfere with the comfort of other guests, we may ask guests to leave the premises without refund. Any damage may result in additional charges for repair or replacement.

Membership, Refund & Cancellation Policy

-Memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not eligible for compensation.
-Weekly members may request a substitute day if a scheduled maintenance day affects their access.
-Yearly members may freeze their membership up to twice for a maximum of one month each time.
